We are looking for an experienced Fraud Prevention Analyst to join our new global payment initiative.
Role Overview
Due to rapid growth of our business and the increased demand for global payment solutions and payment methods, Fabriik is actively seeking for experienced Fraud Prevention Analyst to join us.
Successful candidates will have proven their ability to drive and increase the company’s payment performance.
As the Fraud Prevention Analyst, you will take a leading role in building and scaling our payments fraud prevention products and processes, and have direct input on the overall risk management safeguarding.
Key Responsibilities
· Define the Payments Risk strategy and the Risk appetite
· Build analytical tools and models to evaluate the risk score of our users
· Build anti-fraud processes and tools to prevent payments fraud and improve authorisations rates
· Lead the development of tools and models to improve fraud prevention capabilities
· Benchmark and lead the relationship with Fraud prevention service providers
· Maintain fraud analysis models to improve efficiency and effectiveness of company systems
· Monitor constantly customer transactions to identify unauthorised transactions, fraudulent activity such as account take over, friendly fraud, theft and other similar risks
· Compiling and implement security measures and fraud prevention strategies and the ability to pick up on irregularities on card/payment transactions
· Interact with customer facing teams to validate information and to confirm or cancel authorisations
· Determine existing fraud trends by analysing accounts and transaction patterns
· Generate suspicious activity reports and risk management reports
· Drive the implementation of fraud risk analysis in new payment products and flows
Candidate Profile
· 3+ years experience as fraud / risk analyst
· Degree in economics, business or a related Finance field
· Experience with either a payments processor, and/or fintech payment companies is strongly preferred
· Experience in online payment and credit risk management
· Proven track record in the European payments and CNP markets in client-facing roles
· Knowledge and experience in big data and making decisions based on limited information
· Experience with Visa and Mastercard risk tools (including 3DS, SCA, VRM etc)
· Experience with different alternative payment methods and associated risks
· Experience with fraud detection/risk management with regards to cryptocurrency is a plus
· Native level English speaker
